How do I book a Halifax Airport taxi?

Can I request a car seat for family travel?
Yes. Request an infant, toddler or booster seat when
booking. Availability and any additional charge must
be confirmed in advance.
Do you offer student discounts?
Eligible student journeys can use our discounted
O.T.F.T.S fare column. Confirm eligibility and the
applicable fare with dispatch before payment.
Can I book early-morning or late-night pickups?
Yes. Early and late pickups are available by arrangement,
subject to availability. Book ahead and provide your
flight and pickup details.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 5 hours before the scheduled pickup time
to be eligible for a refund, subject to deductions.
Cancellations less than 5 hours before pickup and no-shows
are non-refundable. Approved refunds are limited to
80% of the base transportation fare. Taxes, gratuities
and payment-processing fees are non-refundable.
Approved refunds are processed within 10–30 business
days after approval.
