Advance Payment :
Prepaid or advance payment (full or partial) is required for all airport pickups and long-distance rides.
Cancellations & Refunds :
Cancellations must be made at least four (4) hours before the scheduled pickup time to be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations within four (4) hours of pickup are non-refundable.
Approved refunds are subject to 15% tax, 3.7% transaction fee, and 1.3% service fee.
A maximum of 80% of the amount paid is refundable.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Weather & Road Conditions
For safety reasons, the company may adjust pickup times or cancel services due to adverse weather or unsafe road conditions. Customers will be notified where reasonably possible. Additional charges may apply if travel time or operating costs increase. Revised pickup times must be mutually agreed upon.
Airport Pickup Terms :
An airport pickup fee of $10 applies.
One (1) hour of complimentary waiting time is provided after flight landing.
Additional waiting time is charged at $45 per hour.
Additional Charges :
A $10 fuel surcharge may apply to long-distance rides and is subject to change.
Payment & Processing Fees
Credit card: $1.50
Debit card: $1.00
Online payment processing: 3% of total fare.
Optional Services (Subject to Availability)
Meet & Greet (sign service): $25
Toddler car seat: $15
Infant car seat: $20
Van or SUV request: $10
Large-size SUV request: $40
No-Show & Last-Minute Cancellation Policy
For all pre-arranged airport transfers and/or door-to -door pickups, a no-show or last-minute cancellation will result in a charge of 80% of the total fare. The customer is responsible for this payment.
This policy helps compensate drivers for reserved time, fuel, and scheduled service commitments.
Call Recording Notice
For safety, quality assurance, and business purposes, all phone calls and booking conversations may be recorded. By contacting or making a reservation with On Time Flight Taxi Services, customers acknowledge and consent to call recording in accordance with applicable privacy and telecommunications regulations.
These recordings may be used for service verification, booking confirmation, dispute resolution, and staff training.
Agreement By confirming a booking with On Time Flight Taxi Services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined above.
