This website and all associated websites, digital platforms, software, databases, content, products, services, technologies, systems, documentation, business operations, and proprietary methodologies (collectively, the “Protected Materials”) are the exclusive property of ON TIME FLIGHT TAXI SERVICE. Since its establishment on April 1, 2018, ON TIME FLIGHT TAXI SERVICE has continuously developed and invested in its proprietary technologies, software algorithms, business methodologies, website architecture, operational systems, and intellectual property. All rights, title, and interests in the Protected Materials, whether existing now or arising in the future, remain the sole and exclusive property of ON TIME FLIGHT TAXI SERVICE and are protected by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia, the laws of Canada, and all applicable international copyright, trademark, trade secret, intellectual property, and unfair competition laws.
The Protected Materials include, without limitation, all copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, branding, pricing structures, software, source code, object code, software architecture, databases, website structures, city-page strategies, content frameworks, business concepts, operational methodologies, programming logic, algorithms, search optimization methodologies, marketing strategies, customer information, documentation, workflows, business methods, confidential information, trade secrets, know-how, inventions, discoveries, designs, layouts, graphics, compilations, derivative works, and all associated intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered.
No person or entity shall, directly or indirectly, copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, display, disclose, modify, adapt, translate, scrape, download, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, circumvent, restructure, emulate, imitate, misappropriate, exploit, create derivative works from, commercialize, or otherwise use any Protected Materials without the prior express written authorization of ON TIME FLIGHT TAXI SERVICE.
Without limiting the foregoing, any unauthorized replication, imitation, implementation, adaptation, commercialization, or exploitation of the Company’s proprietary concepts, software algorithms, website architecture, city-page strategies, content frameworks, operational methodologies, programming logic, business strategies, search optimization methodologies, or any substantially similar systems, processes, functionalities, arrangements, or derivative implementations, whether in whole or in part, for the purpose of developing, operating, promoting, supporting, facilitating, or benefiting any competing business, website, product, or service, shall constitute a material infringement of the Company’s intellectual property rights and may also constitute the misappropriation of confidential information, proprietary business information, and trade secrets.
ON TIME FLIGHT TAXI SERVICE has invested substantial financial resources, technical expertise, research, innovation, and years of commercial development in creating and maintaining its proprietary technologies and operational systems. These assets represent valuable confidential information and trade secrets that provide the Company with a significant competitive advantage. The Company actively monitors, investigates, and enforces its rights against any suspected infringement, misappropriation, unauthorized use, or unlawful exploitation of its proprietary assets.
Unauthorized access, acquisition, use, disclosure, duplication, distribution, exploitation, interference with, or attempted circumvention of the Company’s confidential or proprietary information is strictly prohibited and may result in civil proceedings, equitable relief, and, where applicable, criminal penalties under governing law.
Any recipient, visitor, customer, contractor, employee, affiliate, or other person accessing these Protected Materials acknowledges their confidential and proprietary nature and agrees to preserve their confidentiality and to use them solely for expressly authorized purposes.
ON TIME FLIGHT TAXI SERVICE expressly reserves the right to pursue all legal and equitable remedies available under applicable law, including, without limitation, cease-and-desist demands, interlocutory, interim, and permanent injunctions, specific performance, recovery of actual, compensatory, consequential, and punitive damages where permitted by law, accounting and recovery of profits, restitution, recovery of legal fees, expert fees, investigative expenses, court costs, and any other remedy available under the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia, the laws of Canada, and applicable international laws and treaties.
Nothing contained in this website, document, software, communication, or business material shall be construed as granting, whether expressly, by implication, estoppel, acquiescence, waiver, or otherwise, any license, permission, right, title, or interest in any intellectual property, confidential information, proprietary methodology, software, trade secret, or other proprietary right of ON TIME FLIGHT TAXI SERVICE.
This document contains proprietary and confidential information intended solely for authorized recipients. If you are not an authorized recipient, you must immediately cease all review, access, use, copying, disclosure, distribution, or retention of this information, securely destroy or permanently delete any copies in your possession or control where legally appropriate, and promptly notify ON TIME FLIGHT TAXI SERVICE.
