Request child seats, a larger vehicle or space for bulky bags when you book. Tell us about pets and carriers. Students can check student fare eligibility before reserving.
Urgent pickups and luggage delivery
Car trouble or bags that need to reach another address? Call dispatch for an urgent ride, available roadside assistance or a luggage delivery quote. Availability and pricing are confirmed before service.
Meet your driver at Halifax Airport
- Collect your luggage and follow the Ground Transportation signs in Arrivals.
- Go to the Ground Transportation Desk near the revolving exit doors.
- Give the commissionaire your booking name and ask them to page On Time Flight Taxi Service (O.T.F.T.S.).
- Follow staff directions to the pickup area. Confirm your name and destination with your driver before leaving.

No driver text? Call dispatch
If your driver hasn’t texted by 40 minutes before a local pickup or two hours before a long-distance pickup, call (902) 877-4378 so dispatch can confirm your ride.
Reserve your airport taxi
- Send both addresses, your travel date and time, flight number, passenger count and luggage details.
- Request local rides at least two hours ahead and long-distance rides at least six hours ahead. Last-minute requests depend on availability.
- Review the complete quote and the cancellation and refund policy. Airport pickups and long-distance rides must be prepaid. Wait for dispatch to confirm your booking.
Ferry connections and official schedules
Connecting a flight with a ferry? Send dispatch the terminal, sailing date, direction and scheduled time. Ask for a separate quote for the road transfer and confirm where your driver can meet you. Buy ferry tickets from the operator.

Yes. Submit a separate reservation request for the return leg with its own addresses, date and flight details. Dispatch confirms each ride separately.
Can we add a second pickup address?
Ask when booking. Give both addresses and the total number of passengers and bags so dispatch can confirm the vehicle, timing and price.
