Policy of Cancellation for Prepaid and Advanced Payment

- 15% tax , not refundable.

- 3.7% transaction fees , not refundable.

- 1.3% Servace fees will be deductible.

- Refund process might be take over 3 to 5 business days.

- Only 80% from your payment might be refunded.

- FYI, In term of company privacy,prepaid Rides: Ride cost not allowed to mentioned to the Drivers.

- For International flights after Landing, we offer one hour waitting charge free, then our hourly waitting charge seventy two dollars per hour (72$/h).

- Airport pickup (from airport)& Road Trips(to/from), prepaid in advance is required.

- If we don't recieve the cancalation reguest before 4 hours of picking up time, No Refund Will be Issued.

Attention: Avaluabe customers, please be aware that,Fairs cost might be affect it by these factors:

  1. High demand(value of traffic)
  2. Weather conditions
  3. Early and late pick ups(from midnight to 7:00am)
  4. Waitting and flights delayed
  5. N.people and N.lugage
  6. The location of the specific area/city/town
  7. For Gas prices, 10$ extra might be apply.
  8. Meeting & Greeting Sign 25$
